Follow these steps, then check again:

Go to create.roblox.com and log in. If you don't have a game yet, click Create — an empty template is fine — make sure it is owned by your personal account (not a group) and set to Public (not private).

Open your game → Monetization → Passes → Create a Pass. Any name and image works.

Open the new pass → Sales → turn ON Item for Sale → set the price to exactly → Save.

Important: make sure Managed pricing (regional pricing) is turned OFF on the pass — if it's on, the price changes by region and we can't buy it.

Wait about a minute, then hit "Check Again" below.
Already have a gamepass? Its price must match exactly — edit the price if it's different, and make sure the pass is on sale, the game is public, and Managed pricing is OFF.
Still can't withdraw after completing every step?
Create a brand-new game owned by your personal Roblox account, make it public, then create a new game pass at the exact price shown above. Turn the pass on sale, keep Managed pricing off, wait 1-2 minutes, and try the withdrawal again.
